Cameron R.B. Fiske graduated from McGill University, in 2004, with a First Class Honours B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science. Subsequently, Cameron earned his Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and Bachelor of Common Law (LL.B.) degrees at McGill University, graduating with distinction in 2007.

Cameron has experience in several areas of law. As a law student in Montreal, he volunteered at various community legal clinics and provided legal information and assistance, with respect to landlord-tenant disputes, family law matters, as well as general questions related to Quebec civil procedure.

In December 2007, Cameron became an articling student, in Toronto, with a prominent criminal law firm, where he acquired extensive experience with respect to criminal court procedures. In November 2008, Cameron joined Pace Law Firm and, subsequently, in January 2009 he was called to the Ontario Bar. He has appeared on contentious motions, discoveries, mediations, and has settled numerous files. Cameron regularly litigates before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court, Landlord and Tenant Board, Small Claims Court, and he was Counsel on an appeal for leave to the Supreme Court of Canada in a Civil Remedies Act case. Cameron’s most notable accomplishment to date has been in the field of civil contempt.  In that case, he won two reported decisions and the incarceration of a contemnor, who had violated court orders by both refusing to turn over bank documents, and failing to attend numerous judgment-debtor examinations.
